Shipping Info

We process orders most of the time within 24 – 72 hours. We use UPS Ground and delivery times vary within 5 – 7 business days of time item is shipped. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Return Policy

We require a RMA number for all returns. You can contact us at 800-624-4493 for the RMA number.

Warranty

Fleming Outdoors has a 30-day customer satisfaction standard warranty for all items. All sales are considered final after 30 days of receiving product.

Canceling An Order

Once your order has been processed it cannot be canceled, however it can be returned. Please see our return policy for instruction on how to return an item.

Address Correction

Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If you address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a $6.00 address correction charge.
