Order Processing Times:
Most orders that are place with us are processed and shipped out within 24 - 72 hours. Anytime you have any question regarding shipping times please call us at 800-624-4493. Weekend and Holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.
Currently Fleming Outdoors uses UPS Ground only. Delivery of your order will be within 5 – 7 business days of the date it is shipped out. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order goes out and you can check the status and track your order on our website by entering your order number.
We DO NOT ship to any PO Boxes. We do ship Internationally Click Here for more info. On any orders going to Alaska and Hawaii after you place your order we will contact you with an adjusted shipping charge. Please call us if you have any questions.
Shipping Rates: UPS Ground
Shipping and Address Corrections:
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If you address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a $6.00 address correction charge. If shipping address is incorrect then a $6.00 address correction charge will be charged. This charge is accessed to us by UPS and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. If you are charged in error please contact us.
Fleming Outdoors will cancel an order but customer must speak to a representative to get the cancellation. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Also we are not open on the weekends so if you need to cancel your order you must call before 9 am CST to get it canceled. Cancellations are not accepted via email. If the order has been shipped then you can get a return number and ship the product back to us and we will refund the price of the product. We will not pay to get it shipped back or refund your shipping charges.
Backorders (Out of Stock Items):
We try very hard to keep all items in stock and available, but sometimes we have to backorder an item until it arrives at our warehouse for shipping. When checking the status of your order you will find out if your item is on backorder. Orders containing backordered items will be shipped in their entirety when all products are available for shipment unless prior arrangements have been made. You can contact us and give us permission to send part of the order if you prefer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If you receive a product that appears to be damaged contact the office ( UPS, Fed Ex) of the carrier that shipped your product and have an inspection made. Do not throw away the shipping box or any shipping material. The carrier will want to inspect it. We will arrange to have the product returned to us. We will then either issue you a credit or replace your item ASAP.
Warranty / Returns
Fleming Outdoors has a 30-day customer satisfaction standard warranty for all items. Please open package and check product before the 30 day warranty runs out. All sales are considered final after 30 days of receiving product. Please See Customer Service Page regarding warranty of Chicken Coops. Fleming Outdoors does not warranty any items that are shipped internationally. Fleming Outdoors does not accept returns on items shipping internationally.
Fleming Outdoors charges sales tax on items purchased by customers that have products shipped in the state of Alabama. When customers from outside the state of Alabama complete a purchase from Fleming Outdoors they accept all responsiblility of their respective state laws regarding sales and use tax.
