1 qt jar feeder works well

1 qt jar feeder also works well for what is was intended - feeding chicks and young hens.
Very easy to clean, hard plastic base is resistant to damage and permanent staining.
Only difficulty: As hens are growing older is tendency to tip over. This is aleviated by elevating on 1 layer of 2 bricks side-by-side, then 2 layers, as chicks grow to hen size.

I purchased your feeder for a craft project. I am going to paint a picture on the jar part and put candy in the jar and let it spill out in the tray as a candy dish. I will probably paint chickens on it and write "chicken feed" on it. Candy corn for fall and could be for other holidays. Would you like for me to send you a picture when I get it done. There may be other items that you have that I could use for other crafts also.
