works great. It has totally stopped my birds from hooking feed out of the feeder.The grill should be a must on any feeder.

Kicking myself over & over, wondering why it took me so long to purchase this feeder! Received it in the mail 4 days ago, and am so happy with it. Not one piece of feed scattered on the floor of the coop! I've spent the past two years using other feeders, and think my hens have wasted just as much as they have eaten. BUY THIS FEEDER -- it's worth every penny! I also purchased the cap to go on the top, works perfect!

Easy to adjust and very sturdy. Holds a large amount of feed. Should do the job for many years.
